Asking questions, seeking answers.

What's your role within Mind Cafe and how did you get involved?

I started writing for Mind Cafe back when the team consisted of no more than five writers. Now, I work alongside Adrian, Reed and the rest of Mine Cafe's team as their Submissions Manager. In a nutshell, I oversee all of our submissions, deciding what gets accepted, rejected or developed.

What other projects are you working on at the moment?

Alongside my role at Mind Cafe, I currently study philosophy at the University of Nottingham – it keeps me on my toes and helps me keep my writing and analytic skills up to date. Building onto my interest in philosophy, I set up a philosophy publication: The Apeiron Blog, where I write easy to read philosophy content for everyone and anyone.

Tell us about your other hobbies and interests outside of work.

I am a strong advocate of the healthy body, healthy mind mentality. My daily routine consists of meditating, going the gym, and reading Buddhist philosophy. Outside of that, any spare moment I have is dedicated to laughing with friends and family, playing guitar and listening to music.

"My approach to Philosophy is quite distinct from any others. Philosophers typically have a truth at any cost attitude. But for me, there's more value in personal development and contemplation than there is in finding truth."
