What's your role and how did you get involved with Mind Cafe ?

I started to write more seriously (and by serious, I just mean more - my writing is fun and not all that serious!) in summer 2019, and I kept seeing some of my writer friends publishing in this publication called Mind Cafe. I asked them how I could get involved, and they gave me this guy Adrian’s email. I reached out, had a great chat, and submitted my first article shortly thereafter! Now, sharing similar views on life and how we should live it with the members of the team, I was brought on to edit your articles! Feel free to reach out any time if you have questions!

What other projects are you working on at the moment?

I just published my second book, The Journey to Cloud Nine in February 2020, a fictional story about living the life of your dreams. My third book, What Happens in Tomorrow World? is a short parable about navigating uncertainty, with expected publication in Fall/Winter 2020. I also coach, speak, and write about living a meaningful and fulfilling life!

Tell us about your other hobbies and interests outside of work.

My life is all about having fun and helping people. Maybe a little too much at times! I start my day off as a personal trainer, I love to workout myself, I get some reading in (mostly Mitch Albom books or the fictional personal development style), I love playing sports like tennis, basketball, and golf (soccer was my main, but my knees and back paid the price), and I love doing fun and adventurous things around New York City!

"By not so intensely searching for the answers and craving the exact definition of what life we are meant to live, I think we can all create our own versions of perfect lives as well."
